The ultimate responsibility for policy making and governance over all aspects of 4S is entrusted to the Executive Committee, consisting of volunteers from multi-disciplinary fields.
The executive
committee has set up
The day-to-day management and operations are delegated to the Chief Executive Officer. The functioning and operation of the facility are vested with a head of facility who reports to the Management Committee and the Chief Executive Officer.
Sub-committees
Two sub-committees to assist in its work, namely the Human Resource Management (HRM) Committee and the Finance Management (FM) Committee
