4S' Whistleblowing Policy
Whistle blowing refers to a voluntary and deliberate disclosure by an employee or external party who has dealings with 4S, to an appointed party by 4S of any deliberate malpractice, illegal or unlawful conduct, professional misconduct or willful omissions at work, or potential irregularities in procedures within 4S. Such act or irregularity may be likely to be committed or in the process of committing or had been committed.
The Application
This Policy is applicable to both employees and external parties. Employee includes anyone who is on the payroll of 4S, whether on a permanent, contract, temporary, part-time or other types of employment with 4S. External parties include the general public, as well as registered members, volunteers, donors, beneficiaries, individuals or organisations with business dealing with 4S.

The whistle blower may raise his concern through the following methods:

The mail and/or email must indicate “Private and Confidential” and “To be opened by addressee only”.
Important Notes!
Report must be made in writing. Pertinent details including but not limited to, background, history of events and rationale of the subject matter shall be logged through the Whistle Blowing Report, where possible. Documents supporting the matter, if any, must be attached to the Whistle Blowing Form.
As concerns or reports made anonymously are more difficult to be followed up and may hinder investigation work, employees and external parties are encouraged to include their names whenever possible.
