‘TAL’ is an initiative by 4S, designed to highlight seniors’ potential and skills, enhance their self-esteem, and strengthen social connections.Under TAL, senior volunteers will create merchandise items for sale. The funds raised will be reinvested into the programme, supporting operations, including material cost, marketing efforts, and providing incentives to senior volunteers.Through the programme, 4S aims to empower seniors by equipping them with new skills such as product development, inventory management, sales, and product marketing.
